The Benefit Flooring

June 2024 we bought a house in St. Cloud, and wanted to remove all the carpet in all bedrooms. We called The Benefit Flooring and they came the next day. We were able to do the estimate, and choose the flooring we wanted the same day, and everything was done and installed the next day! Best price and a great job!! 100% recommended!

Initial install went fine. However, Jose provides a warranty with the work done and flooring provided. We initially reached out in August because there are some issues with cracking and the vinyl lifting. His team came out in DECEMBER, four months after we made contact. When they arrived with the replacement flooring, they dug up the existing flooring and started to install the flooring. Upon installing, the flooring did not match and no choice but to install the mismatched flooring. I’ve sent multiple text messages to which I got no response to. My wife asked him to call the day the mismatch floor was installed and she never got a call. Disappointing since the original interaction was fine. As of today, we still have the original issues plus an area of mismatched flooring.

Had a tile repair/ replace. José removed my frameless shower glass, replaced tile with a marble cap, repaired the tile and replaced the glass. Professional workmanship
