Parking is on the 4th floor they also have valet parking, you can enter from flower street or hope street. I paid for almost 20min 7 bucks the max you would pay is 44. But there is cheap outside parking across the street from this building starting at 5 bucks. Some store validate you ticket so have it with you, but sometimes they still ask for you to pay idk if it's a glitch or there policy changed and still have to pay regardless, there is only a number to call there is no personal working there.

Expensive parking. Big stores here shut down. Internet connection here is spotty. Not an ideal place to be.

Endless looping to get in and out unless you get overpriced valet. No EV chargers. If you get "Early Bird" rate (6-9am arrival) *don't validate* or they will charge you twice -- once early bird rate and the rest to the daily max for "validated rate", which is obviously insane.

This place sucks!!!! Parking rates aren’t posted anywhere. Parking kiosk said to pay at the exit. Drive up and I had to pay $24 for 1 hour and 14 mins!!! It’s like they’re punishing you for going there but not buying anything. On top of that the structure is confusing and parking is super limited for how many floors it is. There’s basically only 1 floor where visitors can park. Never visiting again.

Been waiting for 20 minutes just to leave the parking structure. Not clear why this parking lot is always so unorganized and parking levers are always broken
