THE CABINET PROS

Initially, we were happy with cabinet, crows quality, work ethic and professionalism. But I’ve been waiting for almost one year for repairs to our poorly painted cabinets. Almost every cabinet needs paint repair. In the process, the ceiling in our guest room needed repair and we discussed fixing it in the spring. We have sent them messages and heard nothing in return. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Out son is in the military, and is planning to visit home with his new fiancé. We are stuck with work to be done in the guest room, that we now have to pay out of pocket to complete.

We just had an amazing experience working with The Cabinet Pros to remodel our master bathroom. We've previously done 2 other remodeling projects with other companies (another master bathroom and kitchen) so we were prepared for what to expect and what could go wrong, but here's where TCP are a cut above. 1. Fair Pricing. We had gotten a few other quotes for our job, and while TCP wasn't the least expensive route, we trusted our lead designer Lila (known from our kitchen remodel) and knew they would deliver quality work. Our kitchen re-model has been a turn of bad events. Initially when we signed contract with the Cabinet Pros, the agreement spelled out 4-6 weeks for 100% completion. The project started on May 10th, 2021 and it is now August 29th, 2021 with misc pending items still needing detail or re-work. The tile work spelled out install and he considered this "patch work" using two inch trash pieces visbile to the common eye and the grout thickness not maching any of the house flooring. We provided the appliances being installed with model numbers and there was a mistake on the sink which caused us to re-order two doors (out of my pocket) and trash two drawer fronts/two doors. we are absolutely blown away by the awesome cabinets that the team installed + ordered for us. We wanted really specific cabinets and things, Antonio (the owner) took his time to draw up accurate pictures that would represent what things will look like - it made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and they delivered exactly what was pictured. While it wasn't the cheapest option, there's no chance we'd pick anyone else after seeing their quality + work that was exactly what we discussed. Definitely worth paying a bit more to get this type of work, will be using them for future projects

This time around we decided to put our trust in Cabinet pros for our kitchen and bar remodel. We did our due diligence and heard a lot of great things about them through our friends who had a great experience with them. So we signed a contract with Antonio and we have to say, this project was the fastest, cleanest, most professional, and most wonderful experience we have ever had.
