The Carpet & Air Duct Man

We hired Johnny a few years back for our main level and some upstairs luxury vinyl installation. We loved the product but it was found to have a locking mechanism issue/defect. Johnny fought with the manufacturer and distributor to get warranty replacement on the floor material and sent his crew back to replace over 900 SF of luxury vinyl as per his word and his warranty. Other companies would have found a loophole out of this situation but Johnny stood by his word and reputation to get this right for the long term. I would recommend this company for all their services as the owner understands how to handle difficult situations and do the right thing for the customer. Thanks to the team.

So many different companies to choose from for carpet cleaning. I'm so glad I chose The Carpet & Air Duct Man. They showed up at the scheduled time, not like other companies where they give you an 8 hour window on when they'll be there. Mike, Kevin, and Rick did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. We had several rooms, hallways, and stairways that needed to be cleaned. They all look amazing. Rick said that he can check the dryer vent and HVAC duct work to see if we needed that cleaned also. Dryer vent was fine, but guess what. There was mold in our HVAC system. I had some problems with my oil furnace. That company came out promptly and discovered that there was a lot of dust and mold in the vents and ducts in the house. They recommended having a company come and clean all of them. The carpet and air duct man store is less than half a mile from my house and was recommended. I called them just after the oil company left. 10:30 the next day they were here. They did an excellent job. They removed every vent & return vent cover & thoroughly cleaned every one of them. There was mold so they took care of that as well. They also removed something that another company refused to remove though it no longer worked and hadn't for years. It was one source of mold.
