I hired this company to perform a deep cleaning for my carpets, specifically to remove pet urine odor and stains. Before the service started, I made it clear that the smell from pet accidents was my main concern. The technician assured me that a deep cleaning would remove the odor. However, the service ended up lasting about 20 minutes, which is far from what I would consider a proper deep clean. The technician used what appeared to be a trolley surface-cleaning machine, and when certain spots didn’t come out, he told us the stains were “oils stuck in the carpet” and that the carpet was “damaged.” Because of that, he refused to go over the areas again and left a good amount of stains from foot traffic.
