The carpet cleaning was very quiet and he did not disrupt my kids while they were doing homework. Everything went so smoothly and the floors dried really fast. It was a huge relief to find a company that makes things so easy for the customer.

Where do I start? Bait and switch kind of company. Quoted us around $400, said we needed the $900 package, which seemed like they just mixed in more chemicals? At least that's what the guy said. The cleaner was very nice and professional, but we had him stop halfway through because none of our stains were coming out, even with the premium package. Called and spoke with the manager, who was also nice, but didn't really help. Offered to have the guy come back and "try again" which we were not interested in. Asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner is a "private owner" and that I couldn't talk with him. Then they offered me a $150 refund, which I turned down. Had to hire another company, got ALL of our stains out for 1/3 of the price. I would be careful doing business with
