We recently had our floors redone after a bad experience with another flooring company in the Valley, and working with Tyler and Melissa at The Carpet Store in Kalispell was a complete turnaround. From start to finish, their service, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, guided us through options, and delivered flawless work - the quality is night and day compared to what we had before. Every seam, edge, and transition was done with care, and they treated our home with total respect. Tyler and Melissa clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. We absolutely love our new floors and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for quality and professionalism done right.

We had a wonderful experience with The Carpet Store! Melissa was so patient as I went back and forth making decisions and even let me take samples home to be sure. She really worked with my budget and helped me feel confident in my choice. Tyler came out quickly to get measurements so we could have an accurate invoice, and he also managed the installation, which went seamlessly. We had other workers in the home at the same time, and the installers were so accommodating and easy to work around. The whole team was very transparent about the timeline, and they even got the job done earlier than expected. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future needs!
