Start to finish, The Carpet Workroom provided exceptional service! My old runner needed replacing - and they helped make it happen safely and quickly despite COVID. The office was very responsive to my email inquiries/questions. They mailed samples to my house in a matter of days, helped me maximize my budget, and offered friendly service along the way. The installer worked fast, following all COVID safety protocols, and did an absolutely beautiful job. We're so happy with our new runner and will recommend The Carpet Workroom to all our friends and family.

I worked with the Carpet Workroom Summer 2024 and couldn't be happier with my experience. They installed two custom area rugs and a stair and hallway runner. Their workroom has a ton of variety and top quality brands - they had everything I was looking for and I felt so much better going there and touching the products over shopping online. Chris, my account manager, was super helpful and responsive. They came to measure two different times to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I am so so happy I found them and I will truly never go anywhere else for a carpet/rug in the future. 10/10 recommend.
