Had a great experience with The Carpet Yard. Let me take samples home, picked what I wanted and installed within about 4 weeks. There was a wait on the carpet but they kept me informed. The installers were great too; friendly, professional and hard-working! I would definitely recommend them.

Poor recent experience: I visited the Carpet Yard to look at carpet samples to replace old carpet in my family room, hallway, bedroom and two stairways. The person there spent time with me and was helpful, allowing me to bring back samples. I returned them a week later and made an appointment for carpet measurements. Unfortunately, he missed my appointment and despite my calling the shop twice to ask whether or not he was coming, I have heard nothing from him. Carpet Yard has just lost a customer who had a sizeable order.

I recently had an excellent experience with carpet yard. We redid our 20 year old carpet in three bedrooms and start to finish it was such a pleasant experience. It’s a nice family business and I had positive encounters with everyone top to bottom. Everything was timely. Communication was great and I love our finished product. Installation was a breeze.

I had Carpet Yard install two rooms of carpet and some ceramic tile in my house. The whole experience was great. I researched the price and they had better pricing than anyone, including "discount" carpet sites online. I was told by other companies that it would take 7-10 days to get the carpet in and then another week or so to schedule the installation. Carpet Yard had the whole project done within one week.
