I parked here’s twice within the last month or so and my car came out with multiple deep scratches that it didn’t have before. I understand even getting small surface level scratches but my black car now has multiple in the rear bumper. Also the light above my license plate is now loose. After all the trusted reviews here I thought my car would be okay, but no it was not. I know people also say it’s just a parking garage, but spending money to park your car and then leaving with it not as how you left it is disappointing. I left a nice tip for them since it was the holidays before checking my car when I got home. My mistake. We are all working hard, but come on this is your job to minimally scratch the car while parking.

I parked my then spotless BMW X5 in this garage on Friday, October 21st at 12:20pm and told the attendant that I would be staying until Sunday afternoon. When I returned on Sunday afternoon and the attendant pulled my car up from the garage it was covered in a calcium type liquid that had eaten the paint on the hood, roof, door and had left residue on my windshield that can't be removed - it looked like a pipe may have leaked above where my car was parked and whatever type of liquid leaked onto my car was left to sit and eat into the paint. They denied that anything had happened to my car yet the damage was clear and i have pictures to prove it. This place was not great. I left my car here over night and when I picked it up the car was dead. The attendant had to jump start it. When I got into the car I noticed my lights were set to 'off' and not 'auto' (it's usual setting) so clearly the attendant didn't turn the car off properly and just decided to turn the lights off manually instead of checking it was off. When I talked to the attendant about this and said that my tank was also showing 1/4 tank instead of a full tank, he was incredibly defensive. He did not check the cameras to make sure no one took the car, he did not allow me to escalate the issue to a higher up, and he said that no one would believe me or care if I complained to a manager or customer service. I entered the garage with a standard size (2 seat) pick up truck at approximately 6pm. The sign outside the garage said $22 When I pulled in the garage attendant informed me that due to the oversized vehicle (it is no longer than a mid size sedan I own) the parking price would be $37 when I picked up the vehicle. I do not have an issue with the $37 parking fee. The parking attendant then informed me that I would have to pay him $20 cash before I left the vehicle and then the $37 when I picked it up. I protested but then paid at his insistence as I was late for a business dinner appointment in a nearby restaurant. At 9p when I returned to pick up the vehicle with my wife, I offered the attendant the opportunity to give me the $20.00 cash back, otherwise I would follow up with a formal compl
