If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this garage at all costs, especially if you are considering their pre-paid online option. What seems like a convenient way to plan your trip is actually a trap that will cost you double and waste hours of your time. Here's the summary of our disastrous experience: 1. The "Convenient" Pre-Payment: We paid $33 online in advance for parking to make our family trip easier. The voucher they email you has one simple instruction: "pull ticket upon entry." 2. The Broken System: When you try to leave, you'll discover that NONE of their machines—not the ones in the elevator lobby, not the one at the exit gate—can actually scan the QR code on your pre-paid voucher. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you’re armed to the teeth, it is not safe for you. Constant presence of shady individuals sitting there in the middle of the day, likely doing drugs, and if not, intimidating people. There is also ZERO security, so unless you want to fend for yourself, don’t park here.

Been parking there for several years now. Today, on my way to my vehicle I ran into 3 people in the stairwell shooting up drugs! No security or employees anywhere. Half the parking places are taped off for? Your lucky if the gates are working. Nobody answers the call button. Smells like piss. Place is really going downhill.

Gates shut at 7pm, nobody around. Overall dump with high prices. Nobody around if you want to pay cash. You pay across the alley where the elevators are. Most of the stairwell doors are locked. Don't park on level two, park on level 3. The elevator doesn't access two you'll have to go to 3 and then walk down a level.

Th Chestnut Street Public Toilets are a great place to relieve yourself if you are homeless or just on an 8am weekday bender downtown. You are guaranteed privacy, since there are never SP+ staff on site and there’s no security to speak of. Oh wait, this is a parking garage? Never mind.
