The Chimney Meister is awesome! We called Andrea Baeuerle, a very nice lady, and she works very efficiently to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Mr. Reiner Baeuerle came to our door as expected and on time. We observed he is a very qualified chimney master. He provides you a very detailed examination of your chimney and what is needed for safe operation. He explains with detailed photos of the inside and outside the chimney what is wrong or right and the correct way to fix any issue. We highly recommend his services. We feel very comfortable to now using our chimney.

Reiner and Andrea are amazing! They were both communicative, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Our chimney chase cover sprung a leak but within 2-3 weeks Reiner was able to install a custom-made replacement in stainless steel. He is deeply knowledgeable about his craft and it is apparent in both his communication and the quality of the final installation. I wish more contractors were like this and they are absolutely my go-to for recommendations for chimney repairs!

Extremely professional and nice!! He explained exactly what he was going to do and did the service requested: clean and inspection. My fireplace hadn't been used since 1998 and maybe a decade prior. He told me what immediate repairs that needed done to make it non-usable safe, AND how we can do them affordably. He explained why the fireplace can not be used in its current condition and some fun ways to dress it up as a non-working fireplace. I highly recommend him!!!!

Thanks to Reiner and Andrea, I have been able to safely use my 35-year-old fireplace with the peace of mind that there would be no mishaps due to a poor installation by the home builder. I have had many dealings with tradesmen and contractors over the years, but never have I experienced such professionalism and quality of workmanship than with Reiner.
