Beware!!! The staff is rude. They threw their garbage in the floor(the ticket stubs) and stole a bottle opened from my car. It was a Guinness bottle opener from Ireland. I would never recommend anyone parking here. If I could give their rating 0 stars I would.

Poor service, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. They need some training in hospitality 101. I’ll definitely not coming back here. Also, stop vaping in customer car. Please and thank you, also as an example how to treat people politely.

I have a BMW X6 that I parked here overnight, 7pm-am for business. I took pictures of the odometer, they drove my car 7 miles around Boston. 🤯🤯.

Beware of this valet parking garage, I parked my car there yesterday and one of the valet person stole my airpod pro, i didn't notice till I got home and look for it. When I track it on find my app, it shown the person leaving the garage and headed home to a house in dorchester, where the airpod remain there all day. I live 30 min away and don’t go to boston enough to go file a police report. If you value your property and not have their staff search your car for something to steal stay away!!!

Went first thing on a Saturday morning and they said it was $16. I only stayed two hours but saw a sign that says weekend price. Not bad at all. It's valet only FYI.
