The Cleaning Authority - Forked River

First time using Cleaning Authority and I am pleased. Erin and Christine together tackled my dusty home.Everything shines and smells great. They were friendly and professional. I'm glad I didn't go with just a cleaning lady I went with cleaning professionals. The bathrooms were amazing and shining like new.Job! Kitchen cabinets were so clean and shiny too. The floors look amazing, look at them shine! Thanks for a great job!

I had an appointment for Monday, December 8 to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate to clean. NOBODY SHOWED UP!! I even received an email (Nov. 24 at 1:14 p.m.) confirming my appointment and saying "We look forward to seeing you at your home." Then I get a voicemail from "Sean" asking me to confirm the appointment with a phone #...which I return--called and a recording said "that # is not available." There is no way to contact the company on their website via email so I am leaving this review instead. How many times must you have to confirm an appointment? I’ve hired & let go of cleaning services over the years but this is different. Highly professional individuals that are able to work around us efficiently were a great surprise. Working from home, it is hard to make ourselves scarce and their visits are the highlight of our 2 hairy husky’s week! The cleaning rotation provided has proven to keep our home looking & feeling clean between visits. Highly recommend the service.

The crew came in for the first time and they did an excellent job. The house looks like brand new!! 2. This is my 3rd month and the techs they have working for them are the best. Both girls who came today were pleasant, efficient and hard working. My house looks better than it ever did with our previous company! We’re off to a great start!
