The Cleaning Authority - Fredericksburg

Edges against walls not done. Cobwebs in corners at top of wall. Slats knocked of vertical blinds. Cobwebs and dirt still behind vanity in both bathrooms. Dirt still in corner of window in the kitchen. Dirt still in sliding door track. Railing behind TV not completely cleaned. They left at 1:45 without saying goodbye. Was expecting then to return to finish living room floor.  Also expecting a walk-through. Once they had the check they bolted. Did not do the floor in Mom's shower room. Mom's bathroom floor not scrubbed. Not vacuumed behind doors. Did not vacuum furniture. Edges along wall not vacuumed. Entry tile not cleaned or mopped. Bathroom floors not washed. Baseboards not wiped. Tile floor in kitchen still grungy along baseboards.

We have had fantastic service through the Cleaning Authority. So far we have had Jenny, Deanna, Katy and Mayah clean our home. They have been very thorough, professional, prompt, friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with our service. Thank you so much, Jill McGowan

The Cleaning Authority is a great local company. Alicia is responsive when booking and managing our cleaning schedule. Jenny is a proactive lead, and with Katt and Mayah, the three are an exceptional team. They are thorough, focused, and sweet as can be. We can’t say enough good things about them.
