The Cleaning Authority staff has been efficient, dependable, and they all are friendly and have positive attitudes. The agenda they follow for cleaning is amazing! The staff leaves our home exceptionally clean. The most important criteria for me is that the owner is approachable, always available, kind and follow through is dependable. She does “checkups” on our homes on a regular basis. I highly recommend this company!

I am very pleased with the services I've received from The Cleaning Authority of Hudson, WI. The cleaning crew arrives on time and gets straight to work. I love how they have a rotating set of deep clean areas each month, especially those harder to clean areas I know I couldn't do as well. My house is nice and clean when they're done, but I still like how Christine does a spot check every once in a while to make sure my clean was satisfactory. Their service is very good and the price is reasonable.

I am happy with the service provided by The Cleaning Authority.  I appreciate that they are on time, professional, quiet, and thorough.  The cleaners are well trained and they use high quality cleaning products. I appreciate their responsiveness and scheduling flexibility and I like being able to pay through their app. I hired them because they are flexible about the service. They come every 6 weeks and clean only our main level - not the whole house. I was VERY impressed with the level of service I received from Christine and her team! From start to finish, she showed a sense of "hustle" and a drive to meet my needs. When I requested a quote on Angis List after hours, I wasn't expecting to hear from anyone until the next day. But within a few minutes, Christine contacted me via text and shared pricing and availabitlity. While she was willing to make room on their schedule to fit me in the following afternoon, I opted to wait until the next day. She set up an appointment for "sometime after 11AM", and arrived promptly and ready to work. 4 hours later, our home was free of contractors dust and cleaner than it had been in years!
