The team did an excellent job cleaning and we have a large home with 2 levels and 3 full baths not to mention a downstairs bathroom too. They were very thorough and arrived on time. I’m blown away by how incredibly clean the bathroom is as it looks like new! Thank you so much! Very pleased with the work and looking forward to our next clean. Great job guys!

We've been delighted with the ladies from the Cleaning Authority who clean our home. I appreciate the consistency and the regular check-ins from management. They accommodate our needs when we need scheduling changes. One week, due to house guests, I requested that they not clean an area that is usually cleaned, even though it is specified in our contract. They were very accommodating and thoughtful. Although it was not expected, they decreased my weekly fee slightly as compensation for the change on my part. This week they was the first week they sent an entirely new team, and the girls did a good job, and management checked in to make sure all was well! Thank you, Cleaning Authority, for working with integrity.

The ream was great and when they arrived, they got right to work tackling what needed to be done. Love the work they did and look forward to the partnership.

Awful service. Poor overall cleaning. Scratched our microwave, broke our removable Kyler toilet seats. Every cleaning over 4 months had an issue. All talk! No attention to detail. They called and quit before I could fire them. StY Away!!!

Christine came to give us a quote for cleaning our house. Christine and Cherry came to evaluate the job on the first initial "A -deep clean". Three young ladies had arrived to carry out the work, and did a lovely job. Today, for the initial "B-deep clean," two ladies arrived, and Christine at the end, again to evaluate. Everyone is very friendly and conscientious. I had two concerns, one from each visit, which was happily accommodated. So far, we are quite happy with the service we have recieved from the Cleaning Authority, Mt. Pleasant. 😊
