The Cleaning Authority - Newark

Team 11 is overall a good (potentially excellent) team. They listened carefully at the beginning to my review of the importantly points. And they followed most of the things: though, at the end, I had to ask to vacuum a dusty spot under my bed, in the masterbedroom, and to clean again the internal carpeted stairs (very difficult to clean because of the hair of my daughters that get stuck). In both cases, Greg intervened: he is very thorough and ready to follow directions. Both Kira and Tee are very nice and they did a good job.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for several years now. For the most part I have been quite satisfied. If I need to relate an issue of some kind, I call and find that management is always responsive. As with any business, including this one, the customer should be ready to be flexible when staff changes are made- particularly when trainees are involved. Today ,I was extremely fortunate to have a Team Leader, 1 trainee, one newly appointed team member and a Supervisor. I am very happy to have extras working at my home and a regular Team Leader who knows my needs and expectations. My thanks to TCA.

This was a first time, more detailed cleaning. I’ve been waiting three years to establish a routine with a cleaning company. So glad to have found the Cleaning Authority
