The Cleaning Authority - Olympia

I highly recommend Cleaning Authority…the two that came to clean were professional, helpful and very good at their jobs! My house looks amazing and smells so good. They use environmentally friendly supplies too! So happy!

Courtney and her team - Mackenzie and Logan - arrived for our initial cleaning around 3 PM and got right to work, deep cleaning the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the other living spaces. They were polite, friendly, and thoroughly professional. They were done in 2 hours and we look forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks.

They did an extra good job. My last two cleans have been very good! My only complaint is it would be nice to know when they are coming I only got notified that morning and I was scheduled much earlier than usual at 8:30 AM . I don’t mind the time but it would have been nice to know the day before.

So far, I have had only my preliminary deep cleans with TCA but I'm so happy with the results. They are professional, courteous, their business plan and housecleaning plans are extremely well detailed and thought out and makes me very very happy! Very happy with my cleanings!

We’re having a great experience with The Cleaning Authority teams so far! We had a few cleans with them and after each one we’re so glad that we started this service with them. It’s such a relief to have help managing our house and they do a way better job than we could. Katerina & Bri are so nice and great to work with.
