The Cleaning Authority - Salisbury

I recommend The Cleaning Authority, whether you’re young, busy professionals; or older people wanting to stay in your home, but having less energy for housecleaning. The cleaners usually come in a two-person team: two women, two men, or one of each. Occasionally, a 3-person team. It’s nice to have someone else vacuum, clean bathrooms, etc. The cleaners are polite and work hard. The company is licensed and bonded so, although we once had a chair rung broken, the company had it repaired. We have cleaning once a month, but you can have more often, before a party, when moving, etc. You specify which rooms, if you don’t want to pay for, for instance, seldom-used guestrooms.

Sorry all, I have to amend my review. The majority of the time, the TCA does a great job. However, it’s always a good idea to inspect the work when they’re finished to ensure that everything has been cleaned. Some teams are better than others, but it’s still worth checking behind them. I usually do this, but I didn’t this time. I have had a cleaner miss cleaning some areas in the past and they were quick to correct before leaving. My last cleaning they didn’t clean my shower doors, which were covered in visible soap scum. They also didn’t mop the floors well, just skimmed them with a wet microfiber pad without rinsing out the pad. Left the house beautiful. Employee are polite and thorough. I wish I could get this crew all of the time. They were super friendly to our new rescue dog Bacchus. Great job!

Bethany & Clayton are amazing. I have a catchall table in my den. Clayton noticed the disarray and took it upon himself to organize it. I have had that project on my todo list for awhile. I was able to go through the everything. It is such a blessing to have that project complete. My house was a little extra messy due to a new puppy. Bethany & Clayton attacked the chaos with energy and a smile. Clayton always does wonderful work. This was my first time working with Bethany and it was a joy having her in my home. They are amazing.

Bethany and Jill were professional, thorough, and even though they were a new team to our home, they had taken time to read through the notes and knew all about our experience with The Cleaning Authority and what we felt was important to us. I would recommend them to everyone.
