Carolina came to my house for the initial visit, provided a very reasonable & affordable quote. She actively listened, asked questions, made sure she understood what type(s) of services would best meet my needs. I was impressed with the personalized plan provided to efficiently and thoroughly address those needs and more. The initial service was scheduled at my convenience and was absolutely astonishing! No heavy fragrances (maybe no scents at all)! No chemical smells! Just clean. Airy. Amazingly clean. Professional, efficient, affordable, and excellent service that exceeded all expectations.

I’ll give two stars because I appreciate them coming to clean in a short notice… I asked for a move out cleaning. The worker there, Megan is very kind and she got me all penciled in. None of this applies to her as she was kind and helped me out. I have a 1600 sqft house three bedroom. It’s pretty small tbh. I didn’t have them clean the laundry room or one of the hall bathrooms. So they had one half bathroom that was 3x4ft or even smaller tbh and a my en suit bathroom which is one shower, one sink. Pretty small. Three bedrooms , kitchen ,and living room. Originally estimated $240. 60 per cleaner and they said it’s be about 2hrs. For the size of the house. They were supposed to be at the house at 11:30 but didn’t show up until 1:00pm. Took them 3hrs and 45min… total was $448. Now if my hous

The Cleaning Authority has cleaned our home for a couple of years and we are very pleased. Carolina is so pleasant and professional to work with and she ensures that her teams provide great service. The app is a great tool also with important reminders, notifications and messages. Nicole and Tayler cleaned our home yesterday and did an excellent, excellent job!

1st time: Clean beyond my expectations! I am amazed!!! 2nd time: my house is super clean! The team was so polite. Excellent job! 2nd clean was again really awesome! 3rd clean and I’m a broken record! They did a great job!! I really enjoy having a clean home!
