Don’t believe the satisfaction guarantee! I booked a move in deep clean to take place before I arrived in town. Made arrangements explicitly explaining I could not be there in person, and was unfortunately dissatisfied with the clean when I arrived. The owner Tom yelled at me on the phone so loudly people across the room could hear, he said “what was so important that you couldn’t be there” and that it was my fault I wasn’t there to oversee the cleaners. He also sent a nasty email that one-time cleans don’t have a satisfaction guarantee, even though it says so clearly on the website and the letter the cleaners left in my home.
