He talked more than he worked. Came out to look at the job and told us he would send a contract via email. Never got the email nevertheless less he said it was a job he could do. He could not give us a price until he pulled the panel down. We scheduled a day for him to come out. He came out it took him 2 minutes to pull one sheet of panel down. There were only 6 sheets of panel to pull down. Rather than continue the work he told us he would have to come back and the job would take 5 days. I ask him if he could pull another sheet as we estimated if he didn't talk so much he could finish pulling the panel down in two hours and could complete the job in 1 or two days. We paid him for pulling 2 sheets of panel down and took another route. He was just too complicated for us. By the w
