The Container Store

I had the pleasure of working with Alishia Wilson at the Container store to design our new Elfa closet system. ITS GREAT and Alishia was SUPER AWESOME to work with! She answered all 1,000 of my questions before, during and after the purchase & installation. The Container Store installer (Nick) did a FABULOUS job... and a shout-out to Pete (the store manager) for personally delivering the hardware to our house when the local delivery company ("Dolly") dropped the ball last minute. Overall, great value for the money and totally happy customers. THANK YOU!! 8-)

I wasn't even in this store 30 seconds and had two different employees loudly chasing me with offers, so I turned right around and left. I can get plastic tubs anywhere and I don't need this aggressive sales nonsense.

I collect shipping boxes, containers, glass bottles, and cigar boxes. I know its weird, however whenever my wife wants to mail or ship something to one of her family members in other states, Ta Da, I have the perfect box.....and plenty of stuffings for protection. This store is a dream world for compact living and IKEA-inspired spaces. If this store doesn't have it, don't bother looking. In every section of the store there are walls and aisles of containers in every design and color that you can imagine. Designer city. You'll pay full retail and love it since whatever you buy will rock your home or office space. I know it's my neurotic love of boxes and enclosed spaces that continually brings me here, however it just makes me think about life and how we all live within our own boxes and

I love the options but many can be quite overpriced, and it can be hard to find the basics. However most employees can help you find what you need. This store in particular has an employee who works the register who I found to be quite rude. Every time I come in she judgementally scans me up and down, quite unhelpful when asked questions, and she's extremely pushy about their rewards program. I've encountered her 3 times, and she's unfriendly enough I would consider not returning. I can't be sure but it feels like there is a racial component because she was much kinder to other patrons in the line.
