The Convention Center Parking Facility

The short: Reserve your spot via a parking app (there are a few). It's a lot cheaper than the stated rates. Don't worry about finding a spot going up, you will find much more available parking going down (Read further down for an explanation). Trader Joe's: If you're going to Trader Joe's next door, make sure you validate your ticket. They will provide you with 1 parking withing the following hours: Monday - Friday (5PM - 10PM) OR Saturday - Sunday (8AM - 10PM). But double check these times. They will be posted on the elevator. Parking lot Structure: This is a 'sloping floors - one way circulation' parking deck . . . meaning that traffic will flow in one direction and the lanes are sloped so that you can only continually go up floors before reaching the roof and going down via another sl

Ample of parking space if you plan to visit the City Hall area. I booked through the SpotHero and was charged $17 for a full day parking (on Saturday). Entry and exit lanes are little tight if you have a full size SUV / Truck, I felt it with my Nissan Rogue, just so you can compare. The best part is the top level (10th floor) view of the City Hall / Masonic temple and the Philly skyline. Good spot to click some pictures. Both the elevators were functional when we visited on 7/22. To start your Philly visit, park here, roam around the city hall area (love sign, masonic temple etc), take SEPTA bus to Liberty Bell/Independence Hall/Penn’s Landing and come back at the end of the day to pick up the car. Bus stop is 2 mins walk from this parking spot so don’t waste money on Uber/Lyft.

The parking is great it's close to everything making it easy especially for the conversation center but it you have a large truck you can't park in there the entrance and exit is to narrow and a lot of car got damaged trying to come out

Great place to park if visiting convention center. Cherry on the pie, top floor has beautiful view of City Hall and skyline of Philadelphia, evenings be the best. SpotHero has better rate at this location and is easy to check in and out. Very convenient and safe location.

Super expensive parking! We went to Trader Joe’s and they only offer free parking for an hour from 5-10pm during the week. We were parked for 17 minutes and it cost us $9! Don’t recommend parking there
