Please paint arrows on where to go when driving. The first time it's confusing and then you have to worry about not hitting others who are also confused. The large pillars and lack of arrows makes it into an accident waiting to happen.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was a monthly parking pass holder for over a year. Often, the gate wouldn’t work with my pass, and I’d need to wait for up to 20 minutes to get a hold of a customer service rep. Also, the turns are constructed with huge concrete pillar right in the radius of your car — I damaged my car several times trying to make the turns when another car was incoming. Extremely expensive as well.

We parked our car today at this Garage. Although we already had valid ticket while going in(which was a paid one purchased online), the system refused to identify the ticket while checking out. There was not even a personal helper who could come and resolve my issue. The operator on the phone took 45 mins asking me all kinds of weird racist questions about work and if I stayed in Chicago, which were unwarranted. I am never going to use their service anywhere again and I highly request people to stop using this garage. There are many in the area. They have to respect their customers

Great place to park and go. It’s hit tight inside so you have to be careful with drive in and out of garage.

Super impolite agent, hanging up on us when we ask for our monthly parking and didn’t solve our problems at all.
