Excellent follow up by TCF from purchase to installation. Maintained contact through every step of the process. All questions were answered. On time every appointment, actually made it early on day of the install. The installation team were outstanding! Professional, courteous, clean, and knew exactly what they were doing. I totally recommend!

Buyer beware - They damaged my walls in multiple areas after installing. Dinged walls & Scraped off paint. Lost screws in light switch panels they removed. The caulking job was horrendous. I have been unable to have the account manager call me back despite calling daily.

Our granite countertop from the Countertop Factory is beautiful and perfectly cut. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. They explained the few, easy steps that we needed to do on once the sink was secure and the granite sealed. We could not be happier seeing our project moving to completion.
