To say we are well pleased with our Countertop Shop experience would be a gross understatement. Owner Tim Healy patiently endured my endless questions, made great design suggestions such as joining the 2 sides of our bar to form a continent & gave me timely schedule updates. From meticulous templating to flawless installation, the hardworking Countertop Shop crew expertly handled the many challenges of our job including our large galley sink & unlevel cabinets. They precisely fabricated around the 3 load-bearing posts, installed multiple braces under the bar, desk & sink to ensure ample support, seams were strategically placed & inconspicuously joined and extra man power was on hand to safely handle the heavy granite. This company is definitely the best around. From start to finish they made the process easy. They had full slabs to view in an inside showroom, tons of working sinks and vanities, and helped to coordinate several subcontractors for us. Would highly recommend!

Updated: The owner came out to our house and was very genuine and kind. He cleared up a lot of confusion and miscommunications. The countertops look great and the installation crew was wonderful. So far, very poor communication leading to a lot of frustration, confusion, and disappointment. Will update if anything changes.
