The Davey Tree Expert Company

We’ve used Cortese/Davey the last couple of years to treat our Leland Cypress, Junipers and more. Tabitha and our arborist John are great at scheduling and communication. Gaige and Nick F. Came out yesterday to trim and did an amazing job. They’re always professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Should you ever have needs for your trees, I would definitely recommend them.

Nick, Evan and Johnathan came on the weekend before Christmas (both Saturday and Sunday) to remove a broken section of a large sugar maple that snapped during a big storm. Their skill was impressive and we are happy with their work as a team. The tree was feet away from our house and part of the large maple branch landed on the neighbors’ roof, but the very old cable placed years ago reduced the damage. We were happy with the work of all of the crew.

Wonderful company! John Sise the arborist was knowledgeable and the team Nick F and Nick K did a terrific job on our trees. Tabitha the office contact was also a pleasure to work with. Had a tree cabled, a tree removed and had one trimmed. From start to finish a positive experience. Will definitely use again!

What a great experience from the Davey Tree crew! A large branch was safely removed from an old hackberry tree, the tree crown was cleaned up and 2 cables placed. Because of the location of the branch, the work had to be done from my neighbors’ properties. Utmost care was taken not to damage their lawn and after clean- up one could not even tell that a big bucket truck and a wood chipper had been there. My tree looks great now and will be there for a long time. From the scheduling with Tabitha, the consultation with the arborist Rachel to the work done by Emily, Evan and Alex, my expectations were exceeded. Will hire this company again when needed.

Cortese/Davey, has always been my go-to tree company. They have extended the life of many of our really old trees (100+ years). When the trees have ended their life, Cortese/Davey has been the only company I trusted for removal close to my house. For our last work (trim, prune, removal) the team of Jonathan, Nick, Evan, and George did outstanding work.
