Initial response from the office was within 24 hours when Tony scheduled a consulting appointment with ISA board certified master arborist Scott Carothers. I found Scott extremely knowledgeable and professional and liked all of his recommendations. I received his proposal within 24 hours. He then scheduled a work date within 48 hours. He joined the workers, Lupe and Carlos to ensure the instructions were clear. He also visited my neighbor to introduce himself since the workers would need to clean up debris in their yard. Lupe and Carlos were very professional and respectful of my property. It was awesome to watch them in the crane to trim my large oak tree. Davey was so efficient and super knowledgeable about our sycamore tree. Terry came out within 2 days , gave us some background on our tree, and gave us a quote. The amazing team came out a day later. Super curtious and professional. They had explained what they are doing to ensure our tree is healthy and prevent branches falling during the windy days. All the branches that were trimmed were cleaned up and hauled off. The tree looks great. Highly recommend!

We could not be happier with the whole experience and are looking forward to seeing our trees leaf out very soon. Second time using Davey within 6 months (unfortunately due to tree loss). 1st event was an oak that just decided to "pass over to the other side"; this one was a 55 year old cedar that blew over due to high winds and saturated ground on Christmas eve/morning. I did get other quotes, but given my positive experience with Davey on the oak, I was way more comfortable with them doing the work, and the cost was competitive particularly with the piece of mind that came with it. Quick turnaround from request to scheduled tree trimming. Crew was punctual, efficient, and professional. Price was very competitive for work 50’ up in a redwood tree. I really appreciated how clean they left the years when they completed the job.
