I had the exact same experience as the first review about 3yrs ago. Literally, everything she said happened to me. Only, I canceled the check I had given her. She is a fraud. I wouldn't even be on here looking at her company, except she just text me saying "hope you had a great day". I Googled the number because I didn't know who it was. Not sure if she's trying to gain customers by sending random text messages or what. Instead, she got a bad review because she's a terrible business woman and even worse at cleaning.

During the initial consult we walked through my house and reviewed what would be done and agreed to the price. We confirmed a time via text message and on the day of the appointment 45 minutes passed the agreed time I contacted the owner since no one showed up. She had me on the schedule for a later time but did the right thing and turned around to come to my house immediately (I was on a time crunch to pick up family from the airport). When Dawn and her team arrived they got to work as I went out to run errands and my husband was doing yard work. Same experience here I asked for a deep clean for an open house and I got quite the opposite. No dusting. Cobwebs in light fixtures and so on. I sent her photos and she apologized. She told me she couldn’t open the photos, but she believed me and that she would send me back $50 So I ended up spending $200 on something I could’ve done myself but had no time to.
