The Door Company

Intially door was good. They were fast and efficient and it looked good. The handle was always super hard to open but I thought it was just me. Fast forward to a little over a year later and the door handle already broke. Called and said because it was over the year mark it was not covered under warranty. Husband ended up fixing it. They used plastic instead of metal handle (hence the breaking) and it is 1000x easier to open and works a lot smoother which im now realizing is how it should have been from the beginning. Garage doors aren't cheap so the fact that it didnt even last 2 years was super disappointing.

These guys are great to work with. We have used them at our home after storms to get shop doors put back into place, and more recently we took over a business that somehow messed up the large roll-down fire doors. They came out a few times getting everything fixed from the previous business and were great to work with. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out during the repairs. Each time they arrived, they were punctual and professional, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their willingness to answer all our questions and provide valuable advice on maintenance. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of door repair services.
