I recently placed an order for a gift certificate, and not only did they accommodate it seamlessly, but Anthony went above and beyond—while on vacation! He personally ensured everything was taken care of and even delivered the gift himself. That level of dedication and customer care is truly rare. Our hopes were dashed this morning. While dropping off my granddaughter for a 2 week summer camp that I committed $700 dollars to I wanted to let someone know that my granddaughter just got braces and asked in very good faith if she could let me know what the snacks for the day would be. The Executive Director apparently took offense to my question because she barked back:”She’ll either eat it or she won’t!” But wouldn’t tell me what the snacks were. Then when I was trying to explain that I was just curious she said:”I’ve got to get back to work!” But she didn’t go back to work. She wanted to continue the altercation. It was obvious something was bothering her before we even got there and she was taking it out on us. My daughter and I felt that my granddaughter would not be safe in that e
