The Dry Guys

Used these guys when we had water in our basement after a 1000 year flood. They were responsive, communicative and professional. I highly recommend them. They were empathic and timely. The level of professional was outstanding. Jessica lead the crew and she was excellent. Several neighbors had the came situation going on and she and her crew with very good communication what was going to be done. She is a jewel in your company. I hope that you compensate her for what she is worth. We consumers on our street all agree Jessica lead the crew and was very communicative and responsive of what comes next.

Dry Guys were very responsive to our call after a burst pipe incident. The techs, DJ and Terry, did a wonderful job. They were thorough with the clean-up and completed the remediation in only 2 days! I recommend Dry Guys strongly!!

The Dry Guys! Absolutely incredible service. I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. At 1 AM on Monday, December 1st, a Kenosha city main drain broke and affected eight houses on my block, including mine. We ended up with 14 inches of water in our basement. We called The Dry Guys, and Jess answered—yes, at 1 AM! She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient, which is not what most people expect in the middle of the night. That afternoon, Mike came out to quote the cleanup. He explained that they would need to remove all damaged contents and cut our walls two feet up to prevent any chance of mold. I can’t recommend The Dry Guys enough! Mike and his team went above and beyond when our basement flooded due to a city water pipe bursting, leaving us with over a foot of water in the basement, stressed, panicked and unsure of what to do next. They answered in the middle of the night and were at our house that afternoon to assess the damage. Mike was patient and thorough, he took the time to explain the full process and answered all of our questions. Mike and his team handled everything. From removing and disposing the massive amount of items that were damaged (including a full size wet bar), boxing up items that were not damaged and made sure to leave our basement cleaned up and organized when they left for the evening. Had a substantial amount of water in my basement. Called a plumber. They were not about to tell me what caused it. Called Dry Guys to start clean up and they were able to tell me right away the issue. This happened on a Saturday night. They were at my house within a hour and staying until the wee hours making sure they could stabilize and prevent further damage. So much stuff had to be boxed, moved, and demoed. The whole team was great throughout. Very respectful of my time and money. Hopefully I won’t need them again 🤣 but they will always be my first call if something happens in the future!
