Great facility with real nice people working there. The only thing is when you go there to pay Make Sure You Bring Cash as they don't take cards. Don't regard the other reviewer who gave them a 1 star because they charged a late fee...pay your bills on time! The folks here are real nice and helpful.

We moved to Ellijay 2 months ago. We had water cut off even though we made payments on time. Rude nasty customer service. Never in my life have I been cut off while speaking and had someone talk to me in such a condescending way. So disorganized with the bills apparently there was a long lost bill somewhere that appeared. Accordung to customer service its not their fault because they have too many customers. They couldn't even tell me what month it came from just a balance that wasn't paid. Even made a payment in person and was never told about this "balance".Water was shut off and we were charged $125 to reconnect! I have never complained or left a bad review until today. Do better !

The staff there is so rude, we had a disagreement and the supervisor hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back . I am reading other reviews where they have been doing the same. Someone high above needs to do something or the chairman should be removed.

Sometimes the pricing is random, for me, others may have a different experience.
