The Erosion Company

This group was hired to install silt fencing for a subdivision builder. The property line was clearly marked and easy to follow, yet the crew crossed the boundary and installed fencing onto an adjacent property. The neighboring property owner attempted to politely point out the mistake and help an employee recognize the error. Even if the employee felt they should’ve been treated differently, there was error they created. Unfortunately, the employee was unable to comprehend the issue and chose to debate the matter rather than reassess the placement. After several attempts to explain the problem and request that the fencing be relocated to the correct location, the employees refused to correct the oversight. These guys were working on a new lot next to my house and cut my Fiber internet line. The foreman showed up and blamed the ISP for not marking the lines when it is his job to call 811 before digging. The guy was very rude and aggressive. I had nothing else to say to him. To my astonishment, Cherokee county PD showed up to my door less than 30 mins from the incident because this guy, the foreman, called 911. Only to fabricate lies. Just ridiculous. Horrible person, I wonder if they hire people like this, what kind of company they are.

A Menace on the Road and Poor Representation of Their Company. This company is as bad at their service as they are a menace to society and the roadways. One of their drivers nearly sideswiped our car while we were traveling to Florida on vacation. If it weren’t for a quick reaction behind the wheel — and honking my horn — my family and I could have been hit. The driver didn’t even acknowledge the incident or offer an apologetic wave. Completely reckless and unprofessional behavior.

This company is rude and disrespectful, DO NOT USE!! There driver ran my neighbor off our driveway and almost ran my MIL and dog over. When confronted, he said he did nothing wrong and to call the police. When the police came out he was rude and disrespectful. If this company or driver is on my property again I will press charges.

BEWARE of letting this company in your neighborhood/community! Their truck fell into my yard while they were working on the lot next to my house. It destroyed the retaining wall when the wrecker pulled it out of my yard. Luckily I was at home and saw it happen. I know bad things can happen and they assured me they would take care of the damage so everything was ok. After almost 2 months, and a few calls, they finally got some guys out to fix the wall, but they left a section missing. I followed up with the guys that fixed the wall who said they fixed what they were paid to fix. I followed back up with TEC, who said they would circle back with me. After a couple weeks, and a few messages, they are now refusing to finish the job because they said the wall is old. However old the wall is, it
