Terrible! I was threatened by the officer on staff after they continued to dispute the the 30 day period before the tickets increase substantially. It was day 28 (clearly proven by the date on my ticket) and my total increased from $100 to $300. They could not substantiate the amount and as I stood there (calm and collect) the officer threatened to lock me up if I didn’t leave. I called the nearby police district to report the incident and the PPA director told them I would be arrested if I entered the building again. I was frustrated but I did not raise my voice or become angry. I was violated as a person and a resident of the city of Philadelphia. I’m not the only one. Something should be done. I was literally held hostage at this parking garage. I paid a $29 fee in the lobby. When I put my ticket in to leave the machine wanted me to pay an additional $3, then I tried to pay and it went up to $14, then again I tried to pay and it went up $20. I called for assistance. No help whatsoever. Nobody was in the office. I sat in my car for over 30 minutes waiting for an attendant. when I finally got one she was rude and just not helpful at all. There was other people struggling with the same issue as I was so there was a traffic jam with people being held up because we could not get out of the parking lot. DO NOT PARK HERE. my fiance and i got locked in the garage. Then had to pay twice to get out. I've been calling all morning to try to get one of them refunded and then keep hanging up on me. worst experience of my life.

Very confusing and difficult underground parking, took us 20 minutes to find a spot, couldn’t figure out the levels and directions at all! Price was $26 for all day which was an ok price.
