We bought the pump through the link the fish lady gave us. The manufacture sent the wrong pump but the fish lady's crew failed to identify the incorrect pump at the very beginning of their installation. Then they did 2 hours of unnecessary work. Took down our perfectly working pump, installed the new pump half way, realized the pump is not correct, took down the new pump and installed the old pump back. We talked with the manufacture in the next 2 weeks. They admitted their fault and eventually installed our pump themselves. They did point out that professional pump installer should always check the pump's package and actual pump to make sure it is the correct one before they install it. Therefore, we complained and refused to pay for the $156 fee the fish lady charged us. But we offered

Had them come by and clean my pond in my backyard, the service was extremely professional and done in a timely manner. My koi fish are loving it!!!

This place is the absolute worst.the crew are all incompotent kids who are all related. The owner has been sued many times.

This is the worst place ever, if you are looking at this just know that this place is terrible!

Trust her at your peril !!
