First impression are a key factor in making a final decision on anything. We went to the Floor Shoppe and were greeted by “Paula” a very pleasant, informed associate that helped in making our final decisions. We went through numerous wood samples and are delighted with our finished product. In our case we had water damage from a washing machine covering our beautiful wood floors and ruined them. We ordered our product it came in a short period of time and they scheduled the demolition and took great care to minimize the impact of this major project. They took all the wood and baseboards out. My family hired The Floor Shoppe to install wood flooring, bathroom tile, and carpet into our home. We were so impressed with the quality and customer service. Someone met us at the house to show us samples in the space and helped us pick the perfect finishes for the home. They gave us suggestions and were amazing communicators. The Floor Shoppe went above and beyond to lay the floor perfect in a dated home, which was in desperate need of an update. They met with us regularly during the installation process to discuss next steps and made the install worry free. The final product turned out better than we could have even visualized. Shopping for quality carpet was an excellent experience with The Floor Shoppe. Angela was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The installers were courteous and did a good job moving furniture and did an excellent job overall with only two flaws. The walk through after installation was only to pick up the final check and the point was not to address installation concerns that I had. I have provided two pictures of the flaws. One was pocket door covers that were snapped off and not replaced, just discarded and not mentioned. The second was fortunately in a closet where glue got on the top of the carpet, making it look strange. Overall I am very pleased with the carpet quality and installation. If the follow up had been more substantial, I would have given five stars. Update to re
