I called and needed carpet in a home in just purchased. Not only was my deal amazing,working with Leslie was perfect. She came right out and check the measurements, brought out the color samples and had me ready to install in less than a week. I would recommend her and them a thousand times over.

From answering all my questions to helping me find exactly what I needed, his expertise and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend asking for Taylor if you're planning a visit!

All was great until installation of flooring. The baseboard was scratched and gouged in several places plus dirty handprints on the walls. After stopping in with photos of all this, I was told it would be “brought up at a training session”. Good idea, but didn’t correct our problem.

Taylor provided us with excellent customer service and was able to get an installer out to the house quickly when renovating our new home. We are so thankful for The Floor Store making flooring the least of our concerns during our move!

Taylor was amazing through the whole process he was attentive very professional extremely experienced and knowledgeable about all the products in the store thank you sir for providing such exceptional customer service!!!!! Will be returning for future products as long as Taylor is there
