Reached out to the Floor Store with an urgent request for new carpet in a pinch. Got a call back within 3 minutes of my inquiry, they came out to my home within an hour and I had a carpet install scheduled within 48 hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they could help me in a pinch. Carpet looks great and the installers were easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. Great company to work with.

Always great for flooring. Ask for Joe, he is great to work with. Our house was in a fire and he came right out with samples and prices printed out when I needed to choose. No surprise changes.
