Update, response to the store's comment: I never said the lippage was more than a quarter inch. I said it was more than a quarter of the tiles laid that had issues with lippage. I told you the subfloor was recently replaced by us and was level. That was true to my knowledge. The joist under the floor in the middle of the kitchen not being perfectly level was something I was unaware of at that time. Even still, that does not explain the lippage on the numerous tiles no where near the joist. It also does not explain the poor grout job done. You tried telling us the glaze on the tile won't let grout stick to it high up yet the new grout done by your solo guy was done higher and way more flush with the tile. She worked with us to combine counter tops, cabinet colors, floor types, and all necessary supplies, displaying her skill and patience. Ruby kept us updated, oversaw the workers' necessary workflow, and skillfully made sure the renovation proceeded as planned. The makeover has left us "super satisfied." We are very pleased with our bathroom project. Walls were removed and now it feels twice as big and looks amazing. The floor store hires professionals from local businesses for plumbing, sheet rock, painting, tile work, electrical, etc. A Program Manager is assigned and comes to the house if any problems or questions arise Ruby was amazing. She helped us select the tile, cabinet, hardware, and paint colors. We ordered a cabinet and a vanity from the Floor Store and everything blends together beautifully. So many different skills are needed to accomplish a bathroom remodel. We would never have succeeded without the Floor Store. They made the process painless. Great job!
