The Floor Store installed LVT in my bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner as promised. The professionalism by the installers were absolutely amazing! The customer service by the staff in the store was excellent and very professional. They also have an abundant collection to choose from in their showroom. I highly recommend The Floor Store!

We started with an old 1970s bathroom in that yukky green. We chose The Floor Store for their reputation and friendly and helpful staff. We are thrilled with the new tile shower, lighted faucet in the sink, floor, vanity, paint and lighting. It is top notch work. We will definitely be using The Floor Store for future work in our home.

Every part of my bathroom renovation was done professionally and promptly. The entire installation process was completed within three weeks, just as I was told to expect. The third party providers were exceptionally polite, on time each day and willing to adjust the original design plan as necessary. The owner of The Floor Store, Rick Mugno, was fully engaged and aware of the entire process from start to finish. OUTSTANDING customer service. The Floor Store returned calls promptly and made sure we were kept in the loop in regards to dates due to having to order the carpet. Both the person who gave the initial quote as well as the installers were professionals. I whole-heartedly recommend them for your flooring needs.

After having unexpected plumbing issues at my house upstairs, I was referred to The Floor Store by a family friend. It was the best decision ever. Everyone is very nice and professional. They remodeled my shower, painted my bathroom and replaced my kitchen ceiling and was able to match the paint pattern my grandparents have always had in the house, which is not an everyday pattern.
