I’ve personally used The Floor Trader of Tacoma and have referred countless friends, family members, and clients to them over the years. Every single experience has been solid. Their pricing is fair, the selection is excellent, and the staff actually knows their stuff instead of just trying to sell you whatever’s on the floor. They’re honest about what works and what doesn’t, they don’t overpromise, and they follow through. That’s rare. Whether it’s tile, hardwood, or LVP, they make the process straightforward and stress-free. I don’t refer people lightly. If I send someone to The Floor Trader of Tacoma, it’s because I trust them to do it right—and they always have.

Customer service was NEXT LEVEL! My parents needed new carpet badly in their home and were on a limited budget. Stephanie and her team worked with us to get the best quality for the best deal. Installer came and finished the job in one day too. Too many good things to say about this company and the people. They made us feel like family. I’ll be using them for all my flooring needs moving forward.

I love the carpet I bought from them. I've been using it for a year and I'm very happy with it. The only issue I had was at the time of purchase, I ended up working with few different sales people since my initial sales guy was on medical leave and took a while to close the deal and when I did, the price for the installation changed. But after a few times calling the store, they took care of it.
