The Flooring Spot

These guys are the real deal. I had a couple companies give estimates before them, and the Flooring Spot blew the competitors away by a long shot. I happened to stumble into their store one day, and was blown away by how helpful and thoughtful they were. They answered my bazillion questions, and really took the time to help me pick out the perfect flooring. Their showroom is big, with tons of options, and they even let me take home samples (something both competitors did not allow me to do). Their estimate was extremely competitive, so it was an easy choice. The installation process was so smooth. The installation team was very professional and overall just really nice guys. They were great to work with. They were over $5000 less expensive than Costco flooring company for the exact same flooring and install. Their team of installers were professional and caring about the job. I highly recommend them!

Prices are really high compared to other small business in the area. There are no prices on the samples which is annoying. I know the install price of LVP runs $3-$5 a sf with no removal . I stated I wanted 6mil I advised I wanted to pay about $8.00 installed no removal no furniture he stated his 7ml starts at $6.50 I asked if install price he states no. That is ridiculously high for 7 ml since he knew my budget I have about 2000sf to cover he walked away and sat at his desk and he said he could not help me with that budget. As a small business owner myself please put the prices on the samples very frustrating when you are working on a budget. Total waste of my time.

Juan and his team did a great job replacing carpet in our home. His experienced team made the installation look easy. They were courteous and professional. The care they showed during the entire process was a breath of fresh air compared to prior experiences with other installers. Thanks Juan and Victor!

We choice floor spot to do our floor project this august, I gave 4star out of 5 to this company, I worked with Douglas 99% of the time and he is a professional in his field and very knowledgeable in product, the project finished beautifully and on time! ( very important in my opinion) I took one star off only cuz it takes nearly a months for them to fix last part of the job ( only 15mins worth of work so it is not a big deal ) . But overall I am still happy our choice. Contact with Douglas and get your job done.
