Our first experience with The Carpet Store was fine…no problems. Our second time was different. The carpet seams and lumpy areas bother me daily. The third experience was a terrible quality carpet that looked worn out one year later. We went with their recommendation and it was a huge disappointment and needs to be replaced.

I was interested in home gym flooring. Josh took his time to go over the different types and options to choose from so we could make the best choice to meet our need. Josh is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and his company for any flooring need.

We used The Flooring Store and More for both my in-laws house to get it ready for sale and to replace the carpet in my house which was less than 10 years old. Both times Josh and his installers exceeded expectations as far as quality of carpet and expertise in installation. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs and look forward to using them again the next time we need to replace some flooring.

Josh and his team are true experts when it comes to your flooring needs! He has taken the time to show me the differences in quality and all the options. He spent a lot of time educating me on what to do and I really appreciate that! Talk to him when you are looking for someone who really knows what he is talking about!

Jimmy, Josh, and installers are a great team. We bought a great carpet at a great price. Josh came out to measure himself for a runner we wanted special made. Good installation. After install had a problem that they quickly addressed to our satisfaction. Definitely a 5 Star experience
