I could not ask for anymore convience to get out of the car and walk 15 yards and be at my appointment

I had an excellent experience. This garage is Valet Only. The attendants were very polite. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. And yes, that's something that should be taken for granted but sometimes, in some garages you may end up which scratches and even dings so I was very happy my car was returned to me as dropped off.

*A valet only location* does not say this on the outside of the garage. Because it is valet the line to park is long. The attendants are polite enough and moved some cars so I could get out of the garage. A few minutes faster which I appreciate. They seemed to have plenty of regular customers who looked happy enough with the service. But spending almost 15 minutes trying to get out of a garage after finding it as valet only left a very bad taste.

This parking garage advertises itself as a Park & Lock, meaning that you park your own car, lock it up and take your keys with you. In reality, it's strictly valet parking and you cannot park your car yourself. So stay away if you don't want to hand over your keys to some lot attendant who will jam your car into the tiniest spot imaginable, most likely scratching it in the process.

At your 8th Street location the valet wearing the smart bow tie I believe when I inquired stated his name was Michael, is a true gentleman and a scholar his assistance allotted me time to make my meeting on time, today. I cannot exclaim enough how much I appreciate this gentleman's service.
