The Garage at 10 St. James

Some of the reviews for this parking lot expressed some issues with pricing and being charged more than they were quoted which made me a little bit nervous about parking there. However, I arrived around 1 o’clock in the afternoon on a Saturday stayed until about 11 PM and was only charged $15 like the sign out front said. Parking garage was very clean and felt safe.

These folks don't know anything about customer service. Be prepared to be scolded and treated like you owe them something. Besides, this garage is an extremely expensive option. There is plenty of two hour public parking around. If you need longer than two hours in the neighborhood, it may be better to try another option.

Clean, well lit, safe and staffed for assistance. May be a little tricky to navigate for a very large vehicle. Would park here again!

Right at stones throw from Boston Common. Weekends have all day special rate which is not much ($15) very convenient if you’re touring around the Commons, State house, Tremont st etc..

After you paid on P1.... RUN!!!! And drive like a fool out of that garage.... Paid on P1 today. It says you have 10 minutes to exit. One of their elevators was broken.. it took me a bit to get down to P3. Then I waited go get my car keys (you have to leave your car keys with an attendant as they park in 2 rows...). Then I installed my baby in the car.. and when I arrived at the garage exit, I had to pay 12 USD again. Time of your stay: 11 Minutes. SHAME on you. Went to the garage website, filled in a form with my complaint.. but unable to send.. "form has an error". Ruthless, careless, and you cannot even do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN.
