Great experience with The Garage Door Works. I worked with Jared and Tyler and both were fantastic. A couple panels on my garage door were damaged and other companies told me I had to replace the entire door. Jared explained we could just swap the damaged panels instead, which ended up saving me about half the cost. Honest, knowledgeable, and very solution-oriented. Highly recommend.

Made online appointment for technician (which was super helpful) on Saturday night when our garage spring broke. Made appointment for Monday morning. Received both email and text messages, confirming the appointment. Blake was our technician and he was super friendly, efficient and provided all details of what needs to be done. Work was done quickly. I am very happy with the result. If I need a help again, I would definitely call these guys again. Thanks Blake!

Highly recommended! We had a great experience getting a quote from Jarred at The Garage Door Works. Their communication was exceptional from the start; we got a call an hour ahead to let us know Jarred would be arriving early in our scheduled window. They were able to match a competing quote I had, and walked us through comparable options. Overall the vibe was very pleasant and straight forward, without the overt sales pitch I've run into with other garage door companies. Definitely give these kind folks a call if you're shopping for a new door!

Daniel came on a last minute call to save our door from falling off the hinges. He was very polite and professional. He swapped rollers and cables. Would highly recommend for Snoqualmie residents!
