I found The Garage Guys on Google and had a great experience from start to finish. I spoke with Sasha, who provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. I called them in the morning, and they were able to come out within 3 hours. The work involved changing the garage door springs, and the job was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Andy was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Andy was amazing! When I called, the company did not put me on hold like another company did. Andy came out right away which was a relief because my garage door was stuck open. Andy was able to get my garage closed, so I didn’t have to worry about safety. He was able to diagnose the issue right away. Talked through my options very thoughtfully, didn’t pressure me, and even understood if I wanted to get other quotes. He was able to come out the very next day and fix the pole and wire that hold/support the door. He made sure everything looked good, tightened bolts and supports just to make sure nothing else broke. I would highly recommend!
